Ocean98 has no user accounts and no forms. Search runs in your browser and is not sent to us.

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Beach maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address under its own privacy policy.

We plan to add Microsoft Clarity analytics at go-live. This policy will be updated before that happens.
